Progress Evaluations
|
How do you know if you are getting better and if you are getting closer to your health goals? For most people, the only way to really know is by checking in with how they are "feeling". But how you are "feeling" is only a small piece of the big picture. Wouldn't you agree that it is more important to know how you are "healing"? Think about this: most people do not have chest pain, do they? Does the absence of chest pain mean that everyone's heart is functioning at it's peak? Of course not! The only way to know how healthy your heart is it to test it and measure it. The same is true with your neurospinal health and function. You may not have any neck pain, back pain, or other symptoms, but are you truly expressing your full potential? As a way of monitoring your progress and healing, we will perform periodic evaluations to measure the changes occurring in your body. We use subjective health questionnaires that allow you to describe the changes you've experienced since your last check-up. They will include questions about your energy levels, sleep quality, immunity, symptom intensity, and overall quality of life. We will perform components of the computerized health evaluation to measure changes in your physiology and function and monitor your structural alignment with periodic spinal films. This way we can be certain that we are continually moving toward your goals. This is a main reason people choose our office: Progress you can see! Results you can measure! |
